- Clinging to an out-of-date trend; requiring a stylist.
- Desperate to accomplish the impossible.
- Sexually anxious.
- Lingering where unwelcome; bothersome.
- Annoyingly eager.
- Exhibiting characteristics of a sycophant; phony.
- Lacking patience or the ability to relax; intense.
- Requiring frequent reassurance; needy.
- Boastful; cocky.

cocky: overly self-assertive or self-confident. arrogant: having or displaying a sense of overbearing self-worth or self-importance.
Okay - so they mean different things, and perhaps I was going for 'arrogant' here. However; in this cookie's opinion, anyone who is 'overly' anything (including overly nice) is, by default, pressed...
